On-Going Records in Time attends to subjects that are easily overlooked. Each photograph treats its subject as possessing a consciousness, a private history, and a life beyond the frame. Loved, hated, ignored, or pitied, they occupy an uncertain space between the familiar and the strange. Through an anthropomorphic lens, the series asks us to reconsider what we recognize as living, natural, and worthy of attention.
