Nurture Imagination, 2017

Nurture Imagination is a series of five photographs taken in Joshua Tree, California. Looking into the landscape, WJP finds a camel, ghosts, a bear, an ape, and a rock. Nothing in the landscape changes, but the act of looking transforms it, recovering a way of seeing that is often lost with age.
